Lighting up Carnivore #1: Starting a Fire

Image
The Carnivore Diet has exploded over the internet and social media in recent years, and has gained a lot of traction through success stories of many of the people who try it, including many Vegan and Vegetarian influencers who have switched to the diet, along with many Doctors and medicine practitioners. However, figures like Dr Paul Saladino and Carnivore Aurelius are more omnivores in recent times after making personal discoveries with their own trials with the diet. They now promote “low-toxicity” fruits as being "healthy", pertaining to the amount of anti-nutrients present in the food, such as Oxalates, Salicylates and other Flavonoids deemed to be detrimental to our physiology by many of the proponents of the Carnivore diet. Additionally, the Liver King has admitted his own use of Performance Enhancing Drugs (PEDs), admitting after a lot of denial that More Plates More Dates was actually right in his analysis of Liver King’s use in order to obtain his his supra-huma

Bio-hacking the Gut with MF DOOM

Today I want to share a simple technique that you can use to re-set your Gut Clocks so that you experience the correct timing of bowel movements and bowel activity (early-morning) which will lower your risk of being Phase-shifted or Circadian Arrythmia in the Gastrointestinal tract (Gut. I have seen massive benefits in both daily energy levels, motivation and serotonin production, as well as better insulin sensitivity and carb tolerance, and better general gut health from this.  I have a theory that many people, even those without major gut issues presenting themselves through symptoms, have a Gastrointestinal Circadian Arrythmia... in simple terms:  Your Gut Clocks Are Off. And it is causing inflammation and chaos in the cells of your gut tissues. Every cell of the Gut (including the Liver) must communicate with each other and perform processes in a timely manner, without this, inflammation and chaos ensues - check this article . If you go back to my previous blog " Protocols Ser

Protocols Series: Introduction to Mitochondria and the Protocols

Protocols Series: Introduction to Mitochondria and the Protocols How do we get well when we have a disease or if we're feeling sub-optimal? That's the only question that matters when you have a disease. The only answer of significance. I won't beat around the bush, I'll give you everything in this first document, all the answers that I possess to the best of my knowledge right now.  We need to understand the "why" and "how" of disease itself, these will come later in more detail, but first I just want to give a quick introduction to Mitochondria (watch this!) and how they form the focal point of the protocols I will give you today that allow us to reverse disease. The protocols about reversing disease. It isn't a true reversal unless you do not fall prey to disease again, right? So how do we ensure that? We have to realise that environments cause disease, not genetics. To understand that, we need to understand Mitochondria (and this too!). The

New beginnings...

Welcome to my blog, The Body Clock, which has been a long time coming, for myself and I think for many people that know me.  If you don't know me, my name is Sean Waters and I am currently 28 years old. I reside in the tropics mostly in central america, but I'm originally from Birmingham, UK.  Ths is the first post of hopefully many to come that will be an exploration of biology, biochemistry, biophysics of the human body and, more broadly, cells of all life where necessary.  I want it to be a journal of my own as I have come to understand the critical importance of experience in learning the disease and healing processes of life, in combination with studying scientific theory. It should also be a guide to others, a place for solace and relatability for those in difficult times, an information hub when looking for quick answers. Above all, it will be an adventure story of a Man exploring his physical and spiritual terrain of life in the present time. The story of how I got here
